Built in the USA, Ready for the World
Global Manufacturing Capabilities with 50 Hz Compatibility
As a U.S. based manufacturer, we are proud to serve customers around the world with custom engineered equipment built to meet both domestic and international specifications. Our facility is designed to support large scale fabrication, assembly, and integration projects for clients who demand precision, reliability, and performance no matter where their equipment operates.
For over many decade, our team has successfully fabricated, assembled, and delivered multimillion dollar capital equipment projects across industries. We bring together advanced technical expertise, robust infrastructure, and real time communication between project managers, engineers, and estimators to ensure seamless execution from design through delivery.
Facility Capabilities That Support Global Projects
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped to handle the most demanding projects. With roof heights ranging from 20 to 24 feet across two buildings, more than a dozen internal cranes for handling large structures, and a 50 HP screw air compressor system, we can efficiently manage complex, heavy duty fabrication and assembly work.
Our electrical infrastructure supports up to 480 V at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz, giving us the flexibility to fabricate and test equipment for use in international markets. Whether a project requires CE compliant systems for European deployment or equipment optimized for U.S. standards, our team delivers solutions that meet every specification.
Power Flexibility Through 50 Hz and 60 Hz Phase Conversion
To accommodate global requirements, our facility incorporates advanced phase converter technology that enables us to build and test machinery for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power systems.
A 50 Hz 60 Hz phase converter converts electrical power between different frequencies, such as changing 60 Hz U.S. power to 50 Hz for European applications, while maintaining stable voltage up to 480 V. This capability ensures that equipment designed for one region can be safely operated and validated to meet the standards of another.
Here is how it works:
- The converter first rectifies incoming AC power into DC.
- It then inverts that current into a new AC output at the desired frequency, 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
- The result is a clean, stable, and pure sine wave output that mirrors real world operating conditions.
This setup allows our team to simulate authentic international power environments during fabrication and testing. By verifying each system performance under its intended electrical specifications, we ensure our machines are ready for deployment anywhere in the world.
Minimal Outsourcing, Maximum Control
Because we operate an extensive in house machine shop, we minimize outsourcing and maintain complete control over quality and timelines. Every part of our process, from welding and machining to electrical integration and testing, is performed under one roof. This not only ensures consistency and precision but also enables faster turnaround for international orders.
Our project managers and estimators maintain real time communication throughout every stage of production, allowing our customers to stay informed, confident, and fully supported from design approval through shipment.
Built for Export, Backed by Experience
With many decades of combined expertise, our engineers understand the nuances of both U.S. and international electrical standards. From 480 V 60 Hz systems common in North America to 480 V 50 Hz systems used across Europe and Asia, we are equipped to build, test, and certify machines that meet regional requirements without modification after delivery.
Each project benefits from our deep experience in large scale integration, our flexible electrical systems, and our proven ability to fabricate equipment that performs reliably under any standard.
U.S. Manufacturing, Global Reach
Our goal is simple. We combine the craftsmanship and precision of American manufacturing with the flexibility and technical sophistication required to serve customers worldwide. Whether you need a one off prototype or a full scale production system, our team has the facilities, expertise, and technology to deliver equipment that exceeds expectations.
From our shop floor in the United States to operations across Europe and beyond, we are committed to providing end to end solutions that are truly Built in the USA, Ready for the World.
